Yoga Benefits EveryoneAt The Yoga Practice, we believe that yoga benefits everyone, whatever their age, ability or experience.

We specialise in hatha yoga, which consists of a variety of physical poses and stretches, as well as various breathing, focussing and relaxing techniques.

Hatha yoga is completely safe, yet as challenging as you want it to be. It brings many benefits which vary from person to person. Yoga is a great way to help people deal with the stresses and strains of everyday life.

The Yoga Practice is based in Isleworth, West London and most of our classes are held in or around this area. As well as running general and beginners’ classes, we specialise in helping people returning to yoga after a break or those with specific needs. Try the popular Gentle yoga or Release yoga classes or enquire about individually tailored sessions.

For those who wish to develop their yoga practice, workshops on Saturday mornings are run by some of London’s most experienced and inspiring teachers.
